Portland, OR snow 12/29/09 Fed Ex Truck Spinning it’s wheels and sparks flying!
Warming temperatures helps the roads around Portland to return to normal after a few inches of snow fell on 12/29/09. ODOT estimated 1,000 abandoned vehicles on the interstates and in the suburbs. Great Viewer Coverage below:
