Flooding/New York City & Long Island to Philadelphia 3/13 & 3/14

A Flood Watch was in effect from Saturday morning the 13th of March through Sunday morning the 14th. Light rain Friday will become steadier and heavier into Saturday. Rainfall totals of 2 to 4″ is possible, this along with the existing snowpack will result in poor drainage and river flooding across mary areas. Due to the saturated grounds and high water tables across coastal areas, basement flooding is possible. The rainfall will lighten by Sunday March 14th. Numerous flood warnings are now in effect.
